1. Program overview

The Program allows approved partners ("Affiliates") to refer prospective customers to Shipora using tracked links, codes, or other methods we provide. Affiliates may earn commissions or credits on qualifying referrals as described in the offer letter or partner dashboard.

We may accept, reject, suspend, or remove Affiliates at any time. Participation is non-exclusive unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract;
• Provide accurate registration and tax/payout information;
• Not be an employee of Shipora or a direct competitor where prohibited by law;
• Comply with this Policy, applicable advertising laws, and FTC endorsement guidelines (clear disclosure of affiliate relationships).

3. Permitted promotion

You may promote Shipora using approved links and creative assets we provide or authorize. You must:

• Use accurate, non-misleading descriptions of Shipora features and pricing;
• Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously (e.g., "We may earn a commission if you sign up");
• Link only to official Shipora pages unless we approve custom landing pages;
• Respect our brand guidelines at /brandkit.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Bid on Shipora trademarks or confusingly similar terms in paid search without written approval;
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam), SMS, or messages that violate anti-spam laws;
• Use cookie stuffing, fake clicks, self-referrals, or fraudulent signups;
• Make false claims about integrations, pricing, security, or availability;
• Imply endorsement, employment, or partnership beyond your affiliate status;
• Promote on sites with illegal, hateful, or adult content, or that violate third-party platform rules.

Violation may result in forfeiture of commissions and immediate termination from the Program.

5. Commissions & payouts

Commission rates, qualifying actions (such as paid conversions), hold periods, and payout thresholds are defined in your partner agreement or dashboard. We may change Program economics with notice to active Affiliates.

Commissions are not earned on refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, or cancelled subscriptions unless we agree otherwise. Taxes are your responsibility; we may require tax forms before payout.

6. Tracking & cookies

Referrals are tracked via cookies, URLs, or codes. Last-click or first-click attribution rules are stated in your partner terms. We are not responsible for tracking failures caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or user device choices.

7. Intellectual property

We grant a limited, revocable license to use Shipora logos and marketing materials solely to promote the Program. All goodwill accrues to Shipora. You may not register domains or social handles containing our trademarks.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination, you must remove affiliate links and stop representing yourself as a Shipora partner. Earned commissions for qualifying referrals before termination may still be paid per your agreement, unless terminated for fraud or policy violation.

9. Limitation of liability

The Program is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shipora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation. Our aggregate liability related to the Program is limited to unpaid commissions owed to you for verified qualifying referrals.

10. Changes & contact

We may update this Policy. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
