Delete your Shipora Driver account

Shipora Driver accounts are created for drivers by their employer on the Shipora dispatch platform. If you no longer drive for a business, your dispatcher or account owner can remove you from their team.

You can also request deletion of your driver account and associated personal data using the steps below.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data:

Contact your employer or dispatcher and ask them to remove you as a driver from their Shipora organization, or
Email support@shipora.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Account deletion request." Include your name and the business name you drive for, if known.

What happens after you request deletion

We will verify the request and delete or anonymize your driver profile, location history, in-app messages, and delivery photos within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law (for example delivery compliance records your employer must keep).

If your employer still has you on their active driver roster, we may ask them to confirm removal first so you are not locked out of active deliveries mid-shift.

Deleting the Shipora Driver app from your phone does not delete your account or stop data processing. You must follow one of the steps above.
