SMS Terms
Shipora LLC, doing business as Shipora ("Shipora") sends transactional text messages only related to delivery operations on the Shipora platform. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS from our toll-free / business messaging numbers.
Who texts you
Messages are sent by Shipora on behalf of businesses using our dispatch software. Message content typically identifies the store or business (for example, your restaurant or retailer).
What we send
Shipora SMS may include:
- Delivery status updates (order confirmed, driver en route, delivered, failed / reschedule)
- Tracking and proof-of-delivery links
- Account invite links for drivers and dispatch staff when a business invites you
How you opt in
- Delivery customers: you provide a mobile number when placing an order (including when a business enters your number in Shipora to create a delivery). Providing the number with the on-screen SMS disclosure constitutes consent to transactional delivery texts.
- Drivers and staff: a business admin enters your mobile number when inviting you to Shipora. That invite may be sent by SMS with a link to create or access your account.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
