Assigning drivers

Assign drivers from the order drawer, table row actions, or bulk selection in the queue. Only on-duty drivers assigned to the order location appear in the picker.

On-duty and locations

Drivers choose which locations they are working before toggling on duty. If no driver appears, confirm they are on duty and assigned to that location in team settings.

Bulk assign

Select multiple queued orders with the same pickup location and assign one driver to all of them. Useful for batching pickups from a busy kitchen.

Unassign

Unassign before pickup if plans change. After pickup, unassign is blocked—contact the driver via Inbox or Messages instead.
