Shipora messaging keeps dispatch, drivers, and customers in sync without exposing personal phone numbers.

Dispatch Inbox

Open Inbox for driver conversations not tied to a single order. Use @ mention to attach a delivery reference so the driver can tap through to order details.

Order threads

Message from the order panel in dispatch, from the driver order detail screen, or from the customer tracking page. New messages appear via WebSocket and short polling as a fallback.

Driver Messages tab

Drivers see a Dispatch inbox thread plus one thread per active order. Unread badges clear when the driver opens a conversation.
