Create multi-stop routes, optimize stop order, save routes, and sync with the driver app.

The Routes board has Build and Saved tabs. Add stops from queued orders or existing assignments, then optimize stop order for drive time.
Optimize and save
Run optimize to reorder stops using driving distance. Save the route so dispatch and the assigned driver share the same sequence. Saved routes show direction lines and numbered stops on the map.
Driver changes
Drivers can reorder stops on their Route tab when dispatch has not locked the route. Locked routes show a clear indicator in the driver app—drivers should follow dispatch order.
Refresh ETA
ETAs recalculate on a schedule and when you tap Refresh ETA on an order. Customers see updated ETAs on their tracking page when notifications are enabled.
