Dispatch board overview
Navigate the dispatch console: order queue, map, drivers, and real-time updates.

The dispatch board is your control center. Orders appear in status columns (queued, assigned, in progress, completed, and failed). Filter by location to focus on one store or region.
Live map
The map shows active stops, route lines for saved routes, and on-duty drivers with recent GPS positions. Driver locations refresh in near real time while drivers are on duty.
Real-time updates
When order status changes or a driver updates location, the board refreshes over WebSocket—no manual reload required. If you lose connection, refresh the page to reconnect.
Quick actions
Open an order to assign or unassign a driver
Bulk-assign multiple queued orders
Start a route from the Routes tab
Open the Inbox to message a driver directly
