Create your business and invite your team

After you sign in with your work email, create your business profile: name, slug, branding, and default service levels. Owners can complete signup; Administrators manage day-to-day settings once invited.

Add locations

Locations represent stores, kitchens, or warehouses drivers pick up from. Add at least one location before drivers go on duty. Dispatch managers can view locations; Owners and Administrators create and edit them.

Invite dispatch users

From your team settings, invite colleagues as Owner, Administrator, or Dispatch Manager. Each role sees different menus and sensitive fields. Send invites from the web console—recipients accept via email and sign in with Clerk.

Invite drivers

Drivers are a separate account type. Invite a driver, assign them to one or more locations, and have them install the Shipora driver app. Drivers who work for multiple businesses can switch businesses from the app header.
