On duty and location tracking
How drivers go on duty, select locations, and share GPS with dispatch.

You must be on duty to receive assignments and send live location. Before toggling on duty, select which store locations you are working today.
Location permissions
Allow location access while using the app (and background location if prompted) so dispatch sees accurate ETAs and customers get tracking updates.
Battery and privacy
Location updates throttle to a sensible interval to balance accuracy and battery. Location is only shared while on duty—not when you are off shift.
