Owners and Administrators configure how Shipora behaves for your brand and drivers. Dispatch Managers can list locations but cannot edit org settings.
Business profile
Business name, slug, and customer-facing branding
Default SLA targets and notification preferences
Driver app settings JSON: POD requirements, route behavior, notification toggles
Locations
Each location has an address used for pickup geocoding and driver assignment filters. Archive locations you no longer operate instead of deleting historical order data.
